★★☆☆☆ Total ripoffs. They show you a price then charge you 3x more when you arrive. No other app does that. For a ride that would cost you 2kd with Careem, Wiyak takes 7kd for low-end rides. They also charge your credit card without notice, however they see fit. Stay away from these thieves.

★★☆☆☆ Customer support is bad. Promo doesn't work. I was fully charged. And their support is always offline. Their WhatsApp support common reply is "still checking" every 20 minutes. Bad experience. Not recommended. Their 20% promo is a scam. They charge you the full amount and put the rest in their wallet. And if you want the money back in your bank, they tell you to wait 15 business days.

★★☆☆☆ The driver can cancel pre-scheduled drives an hour before and the app wouldn't notify you. The app frequently freezes and crashes as you confirm the order, and randomly decides to work. Expensive prices, and terrible deals that rarely come into play. Rides often cost more than the pre-ride estimates, which are already expensive.
