This app gives view of use and details of each service I use. House phone, internet, cable TV box. Internet use to gauge data is not in new app. Actually little monitoring is in new app. Bummer this is phased out in April. It is most useful and one I go to most. New web design made it harder to monitor use and troubleshooting. Thanks for it's use now..

App notice says that it's 'going away' in April 2023 and the xfinity app should be used instead. So far I like this app better. Today xfinity service has been down twice and this app posts a message that there is an outage in our area and est time to be resolved is one hour. The Xfinity app does not display these messages anywhere and the CONNECT menu just says cannot connect to the xfi modem and offers Troubleshooting and Chat options which will not connect. This app is better!!

I would rate 0 stars if i could. App never loads correctly so you have to sign in every time you open the app, the info on my app has also been wrong multiple times, even after calling and manualy changing. Not to mention this account has been hacked WAYYYY too many times for comfort and has only happened after starting to use the app. For the giant company Xfinity is, this is the shittiest app you could have ever made.

The xfinity assistant never works. Anytime I try to view my bill it asks me to login and then gives me an error. Only thing it's useful for is paying my bill, in turn giving xfinity money. And customer service sucks.
