The criticisms I have seen about this app are, in my experience, no longer valid. I have been using the app in Germany for 8 months now and have had no problems. I would say that the amount of effort needed to submit receipts and to scan all purchases is poorly rewarded.

While not the most efficient, recently they started giving more points based on the items scanned. For example, the points nearly double if you scan 46+ items weekly. So for me that's a big win. 4.5/5 stars

Clean up the ui just sayn. Make it fit to the daily routine one button "scan" do the magic voucher, product,barcode what ever 1 click -> scan -> done if it takes more than 3 sec or clicks the app feels sloppy but say he gets the grocerys, just scan the voucher and is done now u have to get the data from the voucher, if u can't extract it, skip it, prompt 🤷♂️ avoid data by user input or u end up wit an useless dataset from time the user want the cake he clicks "survey", solve it, u evaluate and reward it

Why have we taken so many steps back with this app? First: scan one item and finish it in a flow, this seems logical but takes more time than scan all and put in the numbers after you've put them in storage. Second: where is safe favorite stores, so you don't have to put in the phone number every time? Third: why am I taking a picture of the receipt if it doesn't register phone number, price, product or anything from the receipt?

Overall, this version is worse than previous. It has nicer UI, it is nice that you can use points directly from the app. But main function is degraded, one must choose user for every purchase, switching between scanned and non scanned items is not intuitive, you can't see total which is useful to see if you made mistakes or omit something. Camera doesn't focus anymore, and if receipt has more than one part you can't easily connect. Also, app crashed after just few days, last one never did.
