Adding a device through app does not work. You go through the steps, and try to add the sump pump, scan the QR code, then it says to connect to device Wi-Fi temporarily, after that it never shows the other home Wi-Fi networks at all. The device then shows incorrect status and does not connect to z control cloud. App is terrible. Pump works, but the UI and Wi-Fi connection is not working after trying 15-20 times. Fix it please. I am a tech-savvy person who has set up routers and other network devices.

Constantly Crashes. I specifically bought this feature with my new sump pump. Paid the extra $300 and their app is garbage. Then I see that other people are complaining as well about this app with no one from Zoeller is responding. They obviously do not know how to handle these type of situations. Good pump terrible customer support. Should have went with the other brand I see they do not have app issues.

This app is garbage. It becomes useless because it constantly logs you out, no possibility of an alarm when logged out. Considering the entire alarm system could be replaced by an arduino, it's garbage. The entire product is a waste. Do better.
