Awesome service used app 2 days in a toe first day no problems used bus 2 times than second day it was saying that the wait time was 45 minutes plus but used 3 times and was there when I was trying to get them to pick me up so was able to jump on 2of the times there were other passengers but was fine

This has so much potential. However, I don't think the business model is set up for success. It only operates from 11 am - 6:30 pm, which excludes most people with a day job. The times I need this service are A) in the early morning (to catch a flight/ferry etc.), B) in the evening (dinner plans), or C) late-night Fridays/Saturdays, so I can have a few drinks without needing to drive. Consider demand-based pricing - I would happily pay more for this service if it had better availability.

It's a wheelchair accessible bus, and they refuse to pick up wheelchair users. And they can't tell me why. So I'm just trapped now with no way to get to my appointment.
