I've been an AA member for years & juz lately (last few years) I juz couldn't log into my account anymore. It doesn't recognize my IC number, my hp number, etc. Tried so many times n still it failed to log me in. I've wasted a few of my Rm 5 vouchers, so frustrating!! The AA staff can't even help me to rectify it??? So how like that.?! I've since uninstalled d app, but I still hv got vouchers in it according to d staff. How???

Why didn't let me know that got inward email n password to login?! Your staff just request my id n mobile no. only woh.... is it necessary to have your inward email!? Now I can't log in without it. Waste times. Why need key 3 things? ID, hp no. n password? Not user-friendly.!

Just register as a member in store today, went home download the apps using IC & phone number but ask me to register with email. But email also cannot register. How leh.??? So troublesome!!!
