The Ezaby app is terrible. They doubled the delivery fees without informing me, and even though the pharmacy is very close to me, I was still charged extra for delivery. This is really disappointing and unacceptable.

I usually use the application and the order is delivered from Waterway branch. I started to observe that the boxes are missing a medicine strip (especially in expensive medicines). Last order I decided to check all boxes upon receiving, and as usual the boxes were having missing medicine strips. I rejected the delivery and then the Waterway branch called me to apologize and advised not use the application and order through WhatsApp instead! Today was another terrible experience after orde...
