Update: That's not a pharmacy, that's a one-star grocery shop. You obviously forgot that your customers are sick and need help. Go opens a car tire fixing shop. Best suited for your capabilities. Unfortunately I'll have to use your "service" till I find what I need at other pharmacies. All orders are really late and missing stuff, like buy one, get one free. That "one free" is never there and comes in a plastic bag that looks like it was fished out of a garbage bin. It's not even sealed.

قرف بجد انتو أسوأ خدمه عملاء وأسوأ متابعه بجد وحتى الناس اللي بترد ولا بروفيشنال وابعت زي ما تبعت وكلم خدمه العملاء ونستنى ربع ساعه على الويتنج وفي الاخر يطلعوا بيحوروا Your app is by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Dealing with your customer support is nothing but a complete waste of time. Every single time I order through your app, I end up frustrated because of your incompetence and the way you handle customers. What's even worse is that your replies are nothing but empty ex

Worst service ever I requested items from the app and paid by debit card at 3.15 p.m then one of the pharmacy staff contacted me in order to clarify the product, and I explained to her that the item I need is (unscented) as requested. But the item wasn't available, and I'm forced to accept the scented one. Then the order delivered at 4.45 with extra fees 15L. E to be paid cash, why? "Extra delivery fees" as the order came from a little bit far branch" it's not my fault BTW bad experience 👎🏽

The Ezaby app is terrible. They doubled the delivery fees without informing me, and even though the pharmacy is very close to me, I was still charged extra for delivery. This is really disappointing and unacceptable.
