The Ezaby app is terrible. They doubled the delivery fees without informing me, and even though the pharmacy is very close to me, I was still charged extra for delivery. This is really disappointing and unacceptable.

قرف بجد انتو أسوأ خدمه عملاء وأسوأ متابعه بجد وحتى الناس اللي بترد ولا بروفيشنال وابعت زي ما تبعت وكلم خدمه العملاء ونستنى ربع ساعه على الويتنج وفي الاخر يطلعوا بيحوروا Your app is by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Dealing with your customer support is nothing but a complete waste of time. Worst service ever I requested items from the app and paid by debit card at 3.15 p.m then one of the pharmacy staff contacted me in order to clarify the product, and I explained to her that the item I need is (unscented) as requested. But the item wasn't available, and I'm forced to accept the scented one. Then the order delivered at 4.45 with extra fees 15L. E to be paid cash, why? "Extra delivery fees" as the order came from a little bit far branch" it's not my fault BTW bad experience 👎🏽
