The Pharmacovigilance Program of India (PvPI) was launched with a broad objective to safe guard the health of 1.27 billion people of India. Adverse drug Reactions (ADRs) are reported from all over the country to PvPI, which also work in collaboration with the global ADR monitoring centre (WHO-UMC), Sweden to contribute in the global ADRs data base. PvPI monitors the ADRs among Indian population and helps the regulatory authority of India (CDSCO) in taking decision for safe use of medicines. I am Dr. Sumeet I sent a report in test mode. It got successfully reported. I received an email too. But the information I filled was not into the specific columns in the PDF attachments. The concomitant drugs were in the column of Other relevant history. Also, there is no provision of non-serious option. Add months for age The suspected drug Ranitidine was also repeated in the concomitant drug column. Kindly provide an additional input source for the concomitant medication as provided for the suspected medicines as given in the vigiflow site input.

Why we are not receiving the email or reference mail after reporting ADR???

I have been using this app form August. I got to update ADRs only on August and September. In the end of September to now... I'm not getting the email (PDF) which I'm registering in the ADR PvPI. Please could you rectify this issue... I'm working as a Clinical Pharmacologist. As I am monitoring the ADR. So please look into the issues.

Many details asked are very much specific which a layman patient can't give. And kept them as mandatory for submission which should be optional. Not user-friendly for a layman non-scientific person, which it should be.
