Word of advice do not choose to get an instant refund. I paid and requested transfer refund to my bank but the staff sent me this link to load this card which they ensured no issues to transfer from the card to my bank. They physically took my phone and proceeded to load this card. My refund is now stuck in virtual advantage MC and even with access to the app I have no access to manage a transfer, no ability to access my money and no resolution in sight. I want the instant refund paid for.

won't even let me register the card kept saying error occurred please try again later after multiple attempts I was only able to pay with swipe on the card.

I cannot register my prepaid H&R BLOCK Mastercard... Error comes up. I tried calling support however she was no help at all, so I had to hang up on her before I swore at her.... She hardly spoke English FFS

Even after the most recent update, E-transfer is still down, and when I went to use Visa direct, it was declined. ATMs also do not recognize the card. I can't use my money to pay my bills with this app+card, and I can't move it, please fix the problem.

Saying my passwords don't match and won't let me register on the app. Ive tried multiple passwords. Still can't get in.
