Yoga should be a module of our lifestyle as it achieves a healthy mind, body, and soul by promoting a balanced development of all the three frameworks of our existence. It recharges the body with cosmic energy, facilitates the attainment of perfect equilibrium, harmony, promotes self-healing. It enhances personal power, flexibility, strength, confidence, vitality, granting the boon of better living. Especially children benefit from yoga as it helps them build attention, focus, and concentration. Regular practice of yoga can help lose weight, relieve stress, improve immunity, by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, making us feel rejuvenated and energized. Thus, yoga bestows the supreme powers to control ourselves upon every aspirant.
Each aasan includes the description, how-to-do pose, benefits, simple picture depicting the pose, cautions, timed the 30s. Pranayama and Surya Namaskaras, essential for everyone are included which can help boost immunity, the most required quality for fighting diseases.
A well-balanced healthy diet provides all the energy and strength you would need to keep active, nutrients you need for growth, repair, and maintaining a healthy weight. Its worth notetaking that deficiency in some of the key nutrients can weaken your immune system, leaving you prone to long-term chronic diseases such as diabetes, thyroid, cancers, etc. Therefore, this app not only recommends healthy & tasty personalized recipes but also briefs the nutritional values! Tracking our meal nutritional values ensures the planning of a healthy & balanced diet! Users provide data about their meals, choosing from a wide range of recipes.
Additionally, exercising supports our life processes, keeping us active and refreshed. Thus, the app provides a one-stop journal of all the user's workouts to encourage the user to be up and active! Users could manually feed in data or allow the app to track their activities, included as a bonus feature. It uses Google Activity Recognition API combined with Google Fit API to provide the most accurate recognition of the user's workouts. During a motile workout, location data along with other GPS tools help calculate the instantaneous speed, when integrated, give the total distance traveled!
The app keeps track of your water consumption as keeping hydrated is crucial for most of the body processes. It provides notification to drink a glass of water on an hourly basis as a reminder!
Most importantly, sleep is like the jam to the bread, ensuring that all the other processes go well, corroborating to be fit! Therefore, a sleep tracker that provides an overview of your bedtime was added. It notifies the user when its time to go to bed or its time to wake up!
