App is a disgrace. Basic, old, slow. Can't reset your password. Feels like they try to make it as difficult as possible to redeem your miles. Not really acceptable in 2020.

This application does not log in when needed and is full of embarassement. And sometimes logs out automatically. But it works all the other time showing your miles and benefits when it is not required. It shall be removed from appstore and airmiles shall provide manual cards.

Absolutely useless app, no option to rate it less than 1. 3 years later, still the same review. Didn't improve a bit. App doesn't allow me to redeem airmiles, so had ro do it from a PC. The vouchers are not shown in the app yet.

Changes made to the website with luggage and without luggage, default option showed without luggage and I booked by mistake and now I am stuck with no practical support / help to resolve the matter

This is a terrible app and doesn't allow any transaction. When I tried to redeem miles it asked me to update my profile. When I tried updating profile it didn't work. I contacted the chat and agent asked me to use computer for updates. It didn't work their either and after spending time and a lot of back n forth, it finally updated from 54% to 95%. I again went to the app to redeem miles and it gave me the same error. I returned to check my account and it was 54% again, back to square one.
