I had been a Cogeco cable Internet customer for a long time, so when I switched to Altima cable Internet I was very pleased to see an app was available with Altima. The app allows me to manage my connected devices (and I have a lot of them) as well as letting me do a speed test at the Gateway. I am enjoying the ability to manage my home network with an app from my ISP.

New router Wi-Fi not accepting default user/password and this app... The QR Code reader won't work so tried entering info needed manually but now not sure which MAC address to use ....is it the ONU MAC or the MTA MAC ? (Why 2 listed on router ?) The setup instr. (both written and video tutorials) could be more clear for us less tech savy individuals, the contact you anytime is false info when the phone message says Monday to Saturday 8am to 9pm. (and emails same response times).

Worst experience!! I've been trying to register my router on this app and keep getting the same message. " We're unable to connect at this time. Please try again later or contact your service provider. " Also, I tried multiple times to contact the service provider, but nobody replied or gave a call back. I'm not sure what to do now as an Altima customer except paying my bill on time.😡
