Works perfectly. I use it all the time. Every time. I Go for a run at the skyline, don't even need to bring a phone to pay for anything at wholefoods. The Amazon one biometrics works perfectly. Practical technological innovation at its finest.

This is such a convenient way to transact. Literally you don't even need to open your wallet or purse and don't have to worry about pay by phone either. Big shout out to a real life palm reader, Mr. Jeff Bezos. Keep the killer Amazon related apps coming buddy! 💯💙

NYU Langone asked me to install this. The first requirement is to agree to share biometric data. That's a hard NO!!! Uninstalled immediately. I wish I could tell NYU Langone what a serious violation of any reasonable security procedures this is.

Embarrassing that this is from Amazon. I scanned my palms in a store, then received a text to link it to my Amazon account. Received OTP but then asked me to sign up again and register my phone number, and I never received my OTP. Told me too many attempts, so I must start again. Tried again, and now it's saying I need to go to a store to scan my palms to activate my account. What?! I literally just did that! A frustrating experience.

Makes no sense that a TRILLION-dollar company that installed PALM READERS won't unable access to E receipts or change payment method in their App or Website.😤 Got me thinking about the "Makes no sense" issue.🤔 Of course it MAKES sense...to Amazon. Amazon makes $$$$ if they REQUIRE the CUSTOMER to come into their STORES for HELP with an E RECEIPT or CHANGE of PAYMENT method.🤑 Therefore, this is just another additional WORTHLESS App.🤬
