If you are not an Ambetter Virtual Access member please use Teladoc Telehealth & Therapy app. Ambetter Virtual Access, Primary Care by Teladoc® provides quality healthcare services, including virtual primary care, everyday care, mental health, nutrition, and dermatology via phone, online or this app.
Teladoc has thousands of board-certified doctors, dermatologists, therapists, licensed nurses, nutritionists and leading specialists who can diagnose, recommend treatment and provide prescription medication for many medical issues, including:

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Request a visit: Open the Ambetter Virtual Access app to request a visit with a doctor, therapist or dietitian. Then, provide a brief medical history and associated information about your health concern.
Talk to a doctor: For Primary Care by Teladoc and urgent care services, a board-certified doctor reviews your medical history and any submitted images, then contacts you via phone, video or message center. Virtual visits, including Primary Care by Teladoc, Urgent Care, Mental Health, and Nutrition have no waiting room and no time limit; you can speak to the doctor for as long as you’d like.
Pick up a prescription: If applicable, a Teladoc doctor will listen to and discuss medical concerns with you, offer answers and recommend a treatment plan. If medically necessary, prescription medication can be submitted to a local pharmacy of your choice.

Doesn't Work. Try to login and won't work. Screen briefly pops up then disappears causing you to not be able to login. Can't even get into the app. Useless.

This app isn't even an app because it tells you to log in with your email then it takes you back to log into your email over and over and over. You can't get in and it's a shame because people who have ambetter insurance need to be able to log in to keep up with very important information. It's really frustrating
