This app is a great resource. I particularly appreciate the extensive and highly detailed encyclopedia of emotions. It gives me words to describe what I feel with a high degree of specificity and allows me to identify nuance between emotions. The part of the app that identifies emotions based off of body sensations I use more as a jumping off point, as sometimes the results can be wild, and I don't resonate. Lastly, it would be awesome to have this available in more languages!

Recommended. I'm autistic and stress when it comes to identifying my own feelings. I've always had issues putting them into words and this solved it. Now I'm able to put my feelings (even physical) into words, but it has also helped my depressive symptoms and suicidal ideation. It takes any negative emotion and guides you to find 'what is it that I'm needing, that makes me feel this way'. It has been genuinely changing my life. (Please, add more languages!)

I got this app to simply log what I was feeling and had no idea what Alexithymia was or that naming my emotions was something I struggled with. It's let me work through emotions at the moment and also explain more to my counselor. So help, and I am so grateful for the doors it's opened for me.

I don't understand the free part of this app. It just asks endless questions about my body sensations ad infinitum. It never moves on, just infinite yes or no questions about what I feel. It already seemed pointless, but now I know it has AI implemented into it, I give up - I'm just going to uninstall it.

Great concept to help those with Alexithymia. I'd hoped it could help me. However, the body scan is of no use to me as I also live with multiple disabilities & chronic illnesses so the way I feel physically doesn't indicate how I feel emotionally. The other option doesn't help either as I can only detect positive or negative & my illnesses also affect energy levels.

Logged back in after a recent update to find AI tools and several ads pushing a subscription service, why did this suddenly become a "dodge the pop-up" app? Also, their data privacy has changed, and they have started collecting data on users they don't need. Don't pick this app if you want privacy. It's now all about AI and your money.
