Thanks to State Bank of Pakistan, overseas Pakistanis being cash cows can only open a half functional bank account. They cannot receive money from any debtor within Pakistan, can't receive payment for sale of their property or can't deposit money in their own accounts within Pakistan. On top of this SBP markets this as an achievement branding it as "Roshan Digital Account" for this dark humor with overseas Pakistanis...
