★★☆☆☆ This app is a waste of space. I am able to lucid dream and astral travel. It had one " heart beat technique " which doesn't work. Its easier to do this..set your alarm for 30-45 mins before u normally wake up.. Turn it off then lay flat on your back with your legs not touching or arms not touching your sides..then keep thinking in your mind..mind clear body relaxed.. When u feel relaxed picture ur room..then urself laying there then keep breathing and relaxing ..then with ur mind get up..easy..
