★★★★★ Sent a message explaining that our tower was out in our area.. they acknowledged it , and had it fixed by morning .. way awesome

★★★★★ If you pester AT&T enough then they will place a new cell tower to where you can get reception at your home without using a micro tower. In my case the new tower skilled in fix the problem. But my neighbors sure of enjoyed it. Use this app every time AT&T Cell service fails. You'll be amazed what can happen.

★★★★★ Lets you report network issues for AT&T. It is not a magic fix, but it is a good way to provide network feedback.

★★☆☆☆ Don't bother - reporting does nothing. You report the same issue for over a week with the same acknowledgement of an issue in the area yet customer service says there has been no issues in your area.

★★☆☆☆ False hope is what i call this app. It does nothing but make you think that you are trying to help att to better their service but in reality nothing ever changes.

★★☆☆☆ AT&t uses this app placate their customers. It will send you hundreds of text messages for no reason. AT&t refuses to fix their text message problem from this app.
