The app does not allow to submit and says session expired everything I try to submit.

The new template doesn't contain crew declaration section, and it asks for pnr and ticket number which is not applicable for crew members on duty. However, it works when typing N/A. When it comes to personal jewelry and electronics with the value, it doesn't differentiate between daily use personal stuff and imported new items. And it calculates customs duties on personal jewelry, personal mobile phones and personal watch. Please advise.

Useless app. Unable to register/sign-in. Reported the issue via email, and customer service responded to contact their toll-free number which apparently no one answers. Useless app, and terrible customer service.

It doesn't even allow me to signup, though all details are correctly filled, it always says number values in phone number field and rest string values in other fields, but it doesn't go to next page.
