Anyone trying to log in, you have to use your username from before and last 4 of your ss# as password, then it will take you through the remaining steps. It's very nice!! Modern feel to it which is great. Good job guys!

⭐️⭐️ I downloaded the new Bangor Savings Bank app today, and I’m already disappointed. The old Bangor Mobile app only allowed fingerprint sign-in, but the new app allows either fingerprint OR your phone’s PIN. Anyone who knows your PIN can potentially access your banking app and view your balance and transactions. This is a major security concern. Please offer a more secure sign-in option. I’ll gladly change my rating if this is fixed.

Terrible/non-existent support through both the email and chat messaging options. The need to toggle between personal and business accounts on the app and the need to sign in separately for each business account with the online platform is a huge step backwards. Transferring money between my business accounts is more cumbersome. I miss being able to view all of my accounts on 1 screen and being able to instantly move money between them
