Only problem I have with the app I just recently had is the mobile deposit does not recognize when its last name is first on a check and once u have written on the check "for mobile deposit only" I couldn't get it cashed at the bank when I brought it I so lost time from work and had to wait another 2 weeks to get the new reissued check then lose more time from work to bring it back in to deposit it. I'm highly upset about that.

I've always liked this app and thought it was very easy to use, but the recent UI change making less data show on your accounts is a terrible change. That should be permanently toggled. I should not have to press "show more" to see if I owe anything this month. This was absolutely a negative change. You should never require more steps to see important things like "how much you owe this month" and "when it's due". At best, it's change for change's sake and at worst it's predatory.

This app is awful. I was able to see access that I share with my husband then all of a sudden the balances froze and no longer updated without any warning, over drafted bc of it. Navigating it is ridiculous click click round and round. Not intuitive. I am changing financial institutions bc of this app. Ridiculous.

No return call from the representative at Bay port Credit Union. After I sent proof of what she asked for. So to me Bay port Credit Union can't be trusted.
