No return call from the representative at Bay port Credit Union. After I sent proof of what she asked for. So to me Bay port Credit Union can't be trusted.

This app is awful. I was able to see access that I share with my husband then all of a sudden the balances froze and no longer updated without any warning, over drafted bc of it. Navigating it is ridiculous click click round and round. Not intuitive. I am changing financial institutions bc of this app. Ridiculous.

I've always liked this app and thought it was very easy to use, but the recent UI change making less data show on your accounts is a terrible change. That should be permanently toggled. I should not have to press "show more" to see if I owe anything this month. This was absolutely a negative change. You should never require more steps to see important things like "how much you owe this month" and "when it's due". At best, it's change for change's sake and at worst it's predatory.
