Key Features - User interface - It includes features for gathering, analysing, and integrating a large amount of data into a single platform, allowing officials to analyse the information, make decisions, and maintain a lifelong record of their work Alert Management - The alert system is exclusive to the admin who can create alerts based on water level, rainfall, water discharge, and general information, with defined severity and target audience. Incident Management - The incident system is created with inclusion and transparency in mind, allowing public to report and track the incident, the admin designates it to the relevant official. The procedure will repeat itself until a suitable answer is found if the offered solution falls short of the reporter's expectations.
