Has to be the worst app of all apps of all time! No real time info! No updates! And No real help except to keep track of deductible... I highly recommend using another app! Would realistically give it negative stars if was available! -5 stars!!

Why is every new page its own app. Half my phone screen is blue cross apps now. Just have one app!

Unable to login after multiple attempts. I am able to access BCBS from the Web, therefore there is no issue with my username or password.
