Always a good price and app works ok tank reading is slightly out but all good apart from that

Great app, useful for tracking my tank account and ordering an oil delivery
★★★★★Jason Oliver· Nov 21, 2025
I have used boiler juice for years and always update when prices go up or down and always a good reliable service.
★★☆☆☆Stephen Buck· Feb 8, 2025
The Connected service is very expensive and not always automatic. A 500 liter order costs me about £60 more (ie 12p per liter more) than their cheapest competitor - the £6.99 monthly charge, the £11.99 service charge, and their oil price is higher than competitors, too, making it not cost-effective. Plus, if you don't have enough in your tank account, you have to order manually, so all in all, not at all good - pity!

App works, but that's it the data appears to be a fantasy, the support cannot provide the simplest information on usage. No api access either so the data harvested doesn't seem to be accessible outside the app either other than on the website which has totally different values to the app. I would recommend getting someone to test this app vs the website to confirm which is correct and fix the latter also I strongly recommend showing the average usage based over set periods.
