I did initially have some slow connection but once the Ethernet module is updated to latest version it connects really fast. The app does what it is supposed to, control your alarm system and notification of alarms or power failure. It's very handy when I am remote & need to let someone in the house.

App works pretty much flawlessly for me. Push notifications are rock solid and usually timely within a few seconds. App is responsive once it's connected to the panel and commands issued via the app are instant. My only niggle, which limits usability, is the fact that from PIN entry in the app to being connected to my panel takes about 17 seconds. While this is not unusable slow, it does make it a pain in the backside sometimes, especially if trying to disarm the system in a hurry.

The alarm system itself functions very well. It is very disappointing that Bosch hasn't spent a few dollars to develop a decent app.

Starting to have issues. It can't connect to the panel. Ths is no good as I don’t now receive notifications, and I can not sign in to check the status. In other words, if my alarm goes off, I won't know about it if I'm out. Please fix it!

Extremely pissed, had this for over a year, and it's total rubbish, never had a notification. Slow login and app useless to actually change anything or check events. Remotes broke within the year. I structikns for the system don't match the settings on the control panel. Impossible to program. Sadly out Installer ripped us off, over 5k to install and zero support, no zones, had garage door opening issue they charged 150 and hr to fix a few weeks later. Disgusting. I would never use bosh anything
