Comments on Brookhaven Connect for Android

★★★★★ PearlMagnolia · Apr 14, 2019

This app is a wonderful idea! It frees up city workers from constantly having to answer the phone for reported problems. They can check the app for new issues at their convenience, in my opinion, making the system run more efficiently.

★★★★★ martha banna · Jun 15, 2026

Each time I have made a request, the item was addressed very timely. The down tree today was addressed within 30 minutes.

★★☆☆☆ Generals Consulting · Jan 21, 2017

Slow, clunky and not functional for real world use.

★☆☆☆☆ Tanya Uherka · Apr 21, 2026

HORRIBLE - cannot track a service request - have tried many times to enter one, and it keeps telling me to sign in, and I have several times and keep getting the same error message
