I have used this app for a few years now had very rarely had an issue with it till this past week I can't get into product that I want to purchase keeps clicking out of page so disappointed as I'm done all my makeup shopping with bt and argots please fix bug

I spent days putting together the wishlist and then added to shopping cart. When I went to pay, the authorization keeps timing out or reverts to choosing card. After changing card/bank, the shopping cart is empty and my hours wasted! Useless app, if you can't finish the payment.

Only giving 1 star as it doesn't allow me not to give any. When I try to create an account with my loyalty card it doesn't allow me, when I try to create new account it doesn't allow me ...... for what we pay at BT in stores and online I am sure you guys have money to create a proper app and QR code for the card .... just saying....highly dissatisfied
