Quick connect, updated app, and it did all the Wi-Fi footwork for me. Ready to go with finished update. Used my 24" MZG last 2 days since new update. Yesterday was flawless....today I got a couple wild temp rises over 300° from my cool-smoke temp of 185° after 30 minutes or so. Opened the door to let drop, 2nd time worked. *Maybe was the different pellets from top layer that twerked it up. The smoker is old purchased used (works well) App looks better and has some extra features. AA++

Updated Review - As of 6/11/2026 they updated the landing page to be the grill and not the recipes page. They've added an option, for some reason, for you to be able to change that. Updated to 4 stars because they responded relatively quickly to that feedback. There's still some clunky UI issues, but it's much improved over the previous app. Keep up the good work.

Will not keep naming settings or set points. Always reverts to probe 1 and probe 2 with no temp set points. Doesn't matter if it's manual or other.

Wi-Fi won't connect with new app. I am able to connect Wi-Fi using the old app. I can at least connect Bluetooth. Still disappointed with the money it costs. Maybe an update will help. If one comes out before I buy something else.

So far so bad. Wi-Fi connection doesn't work. Honestly I'm asking why these people are not able to create an application that can be at the same level of their products. Also, a Chinese LED strip light application can connect to my Wi-Fi but not Camp Chef app...
