Not too bad. Takes forever to get into. Takes a good 45 seconds to minute to enter app after hitting log in. Also, when you hit the clock in button it takes time to acknowledge you hit it. You sometimes have to hit it a couple of times.

It has EVERYTHING our company needs...4 stars bc we are Louisiana based, and they service other states. They are affordable, the system is easy enough to "self-teach." But they provide training. Caregivers clock in and out, and leave notes. There's an Area for the finance/billing department to input insurance info ect, you can run reports, print documentation for specific clients ADL care, invoicing ect. It's EXACTLY what we were looking for. This platform puts everything in One place!

This app is horrible.... takes forever to load... constantly have to refresh just to get accurate hours worked... clocks you in twice for the same sometimes time... just terrible... I dread having to clock in and out every time I have to because it's always something!!
