It's an almost mature app. Works well for the most part. I just can't figure out how to remove a replaced system from the list. Also, it would be nice to see ALL the settings from the thermostat itself. One of my systems was not set to sync time, so it was 3 hours behind. It was cold 😞. Anyway 12 systems and 1 wasn't. If I had the info on the app I wouldn't have to run around to check all the thermostats. Still it's not so bad.

THE DEVELOPER CONTACT EMAIL BOUNCES BACK We created an account, installed the app, and followed the instructions. The thermostats Wi-Fi icon will change to green during the process, and the SSID will change to our network, and then the app will give a failed message and the thermostat reverts to red icon, and its own SSID. We never had a problem with Honeywell thermostats/apps in our old building, and are close to switching to them.

Can't get a verification email to set up my account. Checked all inboxes including spam...no emails. Carrier also provides no customer service contacts.

An absolutely terrible app with no functionality. The interface was made to mirror how the actual thermostat interface is. But that interface is so bad on a mobile phone. Also, the functionality is so limited. A core feature like setting the temperature based of time of the day does not exist.
