Description
Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a mobile app that's as easy-to-use as our washing machines and dryers! The Circuit Laundry Plus app* lets you pay for your laundry in seconds... just turn up at your nearest Circuit launderette, load your laundry, choose your machine and payment method, select the programme you want to start - job done!
Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a countdown** that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.
* Please note that your Circuit Laundry Plus app account is separate to your laundry card account you access from the Circuit website. Sign up is not required for the Circuit Laundry Plus, but does offer additional features such as seeing current room availability and account funding. Balances from your laundry card cannot be transferred to your Circuit app account and vice versa.
**The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G, 4G or 5G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes. As long as you're connected, you can see how long is left on your chosen cycle and get on with other things instead of waiting in the launderette.

The minimum amount of top-up credit you can buy is £5.00. Your payment will be processed through a Payment Provider and Circuit will not hold any card details.
You can apply for a refund of part-used top-up credit by emailing us at apprefund@circuit.co.uk with details of registered email address, the date of the in-App purchase, the amount of credit purchased, and the amount of credit to be refunded. No refund will be given on balances of less than £5.00. Refunds will incur an administration charge of £3.00, which will be deducted directly from the refund value. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the purchase. No refund will be processed for any free credit or voucher top ups. It won't let me register, it goes to a white screen then goes off after I've put my details in, please fix it, so I can do my washing ☠️ UPDATE : they helped me sort it out, but the app doesn't let people register if you have an android phone so create an account on someone else's phone then you can sign in on your phone and it works

Downloaded the app after realizing I had the old circuit app. Picked up the machines in the room straight away.... after they transferred my balance the app let me use the machine just fine and then prompted me to allow an alert... works just fine and has obviously been updated since all the 1-star reviews.

Terrible app, terrible signup process, can't use the same account for both, the password system has secret rules it doesn't tell you, and overall it's an obnoxious waste of time and money that anyone would best avoid if at all possible.

Absolutely useless app. I registered, and it keeps saying that my email or password is invalid despite being the exact details I used to register. Can't even get my laundry done because they just had to make machines that need a stupid app to use.
