Booked flights out with additional bag but apparently did not add the same check in luggage on the return and additional 130 euro cost added to the flight that resulted in paying 750 euro for a flight between Ireland and Slovenia.

The app does not find any of my booked trips, for which I reveived booking confirmations from bookers and the # itinerary. The virtual assistant also just tells "you have no trips scheduled". Checking my bookers account, all trips are listed, so it is a problem with the app.

Very slow. And poor customer service. We had a problem with a room booked. ALL the rooms of that category (luxury, which was the best class of room) were substandard. When Bookers were informed, they basically put it on me to sort it out. The hotel refused a refund. We ended up in a premium room which was still substandard but paid for the luxury room-did not get the difference back. The information on the website (which we used to make a decision was misleading). Won't be using Bookers again.
