Couldn't unlock through app, was locked outside. Uninstalled app and still wouldn't work update so the gps thingy wasn't secured under dash and hung down with bumps, I disconnected it because I thought it was not supposed to be there turns out that's what it was for, so I connected it agn and started working agn

I have the Connect Plus plan which is supposed to include remote features. The unlock feature has been unavailable for the last few weeks (since the app updated). The unlock button is red, and I can't press it. All the other features work. Is this a glitch that will be fixed soon? Or is something wrong with my account? Overall I like the app and use it to schedule service, remote start my car, etc. I hope the unlock feature can be fixed!

(UPDATED REVIEW) I never had a problem with this app for a while now, but now I do. This app should at least let me unlock and lock mt vehicle without having to pay for the OnStar. I literally left my key in my wife's car, and I needed my lunch from my truck, and I couldn't even unlock it!! I couldn't even get my cardholder to buy lunch!! Greatest inconvenience! If I can't pre start my vehicle without the app that's fine, at least let me lock and unlock my truck-Mr. Michael Hernandez Sr.

I can not log in into the app. I will go through the whole process and submit the code, it will take me back to log in. I have contacted GMC and did the reset and still nothing.
