New issue, why am I being forced to use landscape mode on my Samsung fold 7 when the screen is closed? This is causing the temperature change to be dramatically cut off. This used to be able to be accessed in portrait now I'm being forced in landscape.

Was working fine. Now app is stuck on portrait mode. I think installing a new thermostat will be easier than the "did you uninstall and reinstall? Are you technically illiterate?" conversation...

The app is simple enough, but has frustrating issues. One is, it frequently won't work. You can't log in, it won't connect, or the schedule won't load. The most frustrating is that you can't take a screenshot because they blocked it for security. I live in a house with people on rotational shifts and regularly make adjustments to the schedule. Since I can't pin a screenshot of a day's schedule, I need pen and paper to make notes and copy settings between days.

Resideo app is the most useless garbage! Wasted much of my day on what should be a five-minute job registering my t-stat! Unfortunate that Honeywell has chosen such a poor company to manage their products. My t-stat worked fine for years until I upgraded to a better router. Now I have wasted way too much time attempting to re-connect my Android phones to my t-stat!!!!!! Even the app is garbage! Can't get it to work properly either!!!
