The developers were unable to transfer some data from the previous, perfectly working app. After several days of bigs and glitches, I had to manually enter said data. Over a year later and this app is still garbage.

There is nothing I like about this app. In the first place it seems redundant. Then when I finish jumping through all the hoops I get a message that it is sending me a code to my email of record. I have never received an email no matter how many times I have tried. I don't know where it must end up. Since I sign on with my email it would seem that you would send it to that email. I can't correct your email of record because I can't sign on.

This is the most unfriendly user app I have encountered. It does not work, Trying to get into the app for over an hour. It does not recognize the "passkey" QR code at all. I have an android phone. There is no phone number I have found to reach the tech to get me into this site, and I used the number sent to me in the letter, my username and password have been changed as it s=did not recognize my info from the app it is replacing. In shor.t can not get any information on an upcoming procedure!

My Chart worked better. There's not a real way to message your provider like there is on My Chart. Also, "Common Spirit" is a lame name.

I hate this app you cannot make a basic appointment it wants to send me through a bunch of mammogram staff and all that with other doctors I don't need another doctor for a mammogram I just need my regular doctor's appointment I do not want to schedule a mammogram
