My pharmacies were wrong...not user-friendly... Dr Office stsff are clueless about this app... can't change my pharmacies it says error...

There is nothing I like about this app. In the first place it seems redundant. Then when I finish jumping through all the hoops I get a message that it is sending me a code to my email of record. I have never received an email no matter how many times I have tried. I don't know where it must end up. Since I sign on with my email it would seem that you would send it to that email. I can't correct your email of record because I can't sign on.

This is just my chart. I don't understand why it is not literally my chart. The decision to separate this provider in its own version of the app is absolutely stupid. I have a doctor where to communicate with the staff. I use my chart but to communicate about my surgical procedure upcoming. I need to use this version... once again, absolutely stupid.

The developers were unable to transfer some data from the previous, perfectly working app. After several days of bigs and glitches, I had to manually enter said data. Over a year later and this app is still garbage.
