App won't email verify my account. What a junk item. All I wanted was a heated insole, and with these you go through all kinds of junk to install an app that tracks you and uses your information for their own benefit. But, no worries, the App doesn't work, the company offers little to no support, so the $200 insoles are nothing but a waste. Junk app, junk product

Can't reach support, doesn't pair keeps getting rejected, and no email gets sent to confirm account. Takes many tries to connect, definitely not easy to use. Thermacell is much simpler and ease of setup isn't this hard
