It is the most useless app i have ever seen. It does not show power consumption. It's remote control does not have eco and direction of wing button as they are present on remote. Time base managment is not working. I contacted dawlance and they said that it is not compatible to your vivo y19 mobile. I installed it on huawei nova 3i then on honor 9x and then on samsung, issies are still same. Waste of money. Orient and gree apps are far better than it.

The app is totally useless, i bought a new dawlance microwave dw-131 hp the app fails to bind and recognize the microwave, dawlance owners are illiterate enough, I'm sure they haven't tried this feature themselves and they rolled this feature without even testing such a shame on you guys.

I have tried several times to add my 91996 GD inverter IOT refrigerator. The app completes loading process after providing serial number and wifi access. Doesn't show any open WiFi "HET00..." etc. Ends up showing failed to add device. Why?
