An app WITHOUT payment possibility. No credit card payment or PayPal. It asks bank information and keep showing "this service cannot be used at this time". Sending ayyildiz this error, they tell you back you cannot pay with bank account. So how can we?

If it was possible to comment without a star, they deserve nothing. After cancelling the contract before the end of the two years, they blocked my SIM card and still removed money from my account, no internet access, no calls, nothing. Even when I called the customer service nothing changed. It's a smart way of money heist

The shittiest experience I have with any of the network providers. Other than Turkish and German there is no other language available. Almost whole day I am trying to contact the provider to get some help. But all lines are busy. There's only limited options available on the website. Why they sell the service when they cannot provide it? I am regretting switching to this provider, please don't buy it.
