The service is great with a good app interface. The tariffs are listed accordingly to their price and uses. I doubted the service at first due to the fact that it provided slower internet speeds, but to my surprise it provided me stable internet with a reasonable good latency. I also like the fact that they also have an add-on that gives you 10 GB with 100 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up. Well done Otero.

I am completely satisfied with the mobile connection and prices Otero offers. Otero took over the Edema Mobil Customers. The quality of reception and data is great. Had no problems so far. I like the prepaid options. Everything works reliable. Can't say anything about customer service/support. Never needed it so far.

I have a tariff with a refill option, but it gets stucks from time to time and cannot refill 1 gb, also the app lacks english support which is a huge downside as I am an international student struggling in the menus.

Enshittification at its worst. Slow and full of popup messages with upsell nonsense. Anything you want to do without hidden pricey add-ons forces you to talk to someone on the phone who is going to try to upsell you on the next scam...

One of the worst networks in Germany. I will not recommend anyone. Otero will try to trap you with more data volume. But what if you have 20 or 30 GB data volume and no coverage. Also, the worst customer service. I contacted many times, complained many and every time same solution that do this and this.

You can't unsubscribe from a contract from the app, even before 3 months when the contract is about to expire.
