App works ok. I found that I cannot directly increase the temperature. I can set up a shortcut, then activate.

This app works well but I can't figure out how to remove a schedule from the app for my machine I have a mini split and didn't realize I can control it without having to be contected to the same internet as the unit now I want to remove the schedule but I can't figure out how or it won't lent me if anyone knows how id appreciate some help other than that this app works great would like to be able to set it to auto mode from the app in a future update though

App works absolutely fine with the tower fan. From downloading the app to setting it up took less than 5 mins. Not sure what's up with some of these negative reviews 🤷. Haven't had any issues. Adjusting the fan speed works perfectly. Same with the oscillating setting and all the other options.

Update,,,,ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! The new updated app SUCKS !!!!!! DON'T BOTHER WITH THE APP IT DOESN'T WORK. After days of troubleshooting the app is the problem. The only button that works is the on and off. I can't use the dehumidifier setting, no temp control other than down. We have had this unit for almost 2yrs now and never had an issue until now. KEEPS GOING OFFLINE. AND ABSOLUTELY HATE THE NEW Home SCREEN!!! NO HEAT SETTING, NO DEHUMIDIFIER, NO SILENT NIGHT MODE. It ABSOLUTELY BLOWS.

I was quite happy with this app and my device until they ruined it with their "UI update" today. Need to control the direction of the airflow more finely than just "oscillate" or "don't oscillate"? Need to set Generator Mode, so you use less electricity? Need to set "Tap-to-Run" events which run not on any schedule, but just when you tap a button? Too bad! Della decided that its users didn't need any of those features. Their app genuinely now has fewer features THAN THEIR REMOTE, which has "Eco"!
