Very poor app. The bank transfer service is not working for me. I tried reaching customer service for more than 30 minutes, but I couldn't get through. No one is answering the phone. Extremely frustrating experience.

This is really good banking app compare with other banking apps. Bill payment, fund transaction are working fine. But other bank transaction are not update to success status real time. I think this issue will be fixed by team. Really appreciate team good work🩷🩷🩷

June 2025, the worst app login method .only one login allowed, per headset unit. What a primary way to keep, app development .it's a shame, to see such, a bank which looking for future, was not expect this kind of developed app.on the island,worst banks even use better login technique and strategies. Update (After abt 1hr later), called CC, and they also not know the issue.brif me sign out and able to log in. Ask to log a complaining about this, ASAP send an update to clear this.hope they dp
