The UI is good, but the app is almost impossible to use due to the fact that it crashes frequently, usually while I'm trying to log in.

Biometric login is broken since last update, and they don't seem to care. The app switches biometric login off by itself every other time you open the app. So you are forced to set it up again, and again, and again. This has been an ongoing issue for a while now. Reported and just crickets.....
