Great improvement in the app but seems messages're unresponsive. Prefer online chat. I was disbursed after i uninstalled caused by statement that I was rejected and resume on September. But a message sent to me stating im paying soon by august.I installed again, and fortunately it was granted, I was approved last week, signed contract and last monday I thought I was declined but after 5 working days twas disbursed. Thank you! Glitches might be fixed soon

I just installed this app and tried linking my gsave account but could not even get past the OTP authentication tried several times what's wrong with this app??? Now I am having second thoughts in adding more savings to this bank follow up: someone replied & asked me to connect to them via chat to address my concern by logging in to the Uno Mobile app, but that's the thing, my problem is how to access my account, I can't link, log in or even reset my password, your OTPs doesn't work, so how???

Trying to withdraw my money from my savings account in gcash, but they're not sending an OTP. My son need a diaper and that money supposed to be the payment. I regret putting money on this bank!!!!
