Took a loan via Atome App and was approved, but when I tried to open their Uno Digital Bank app there was an error that ".... something is not working. Kindly try" I immediately raised this concern via hotline, and they created me a ticket, it's been 2 weeks since my first call and I have been following up for about 4 times already and the same error occurs. None has been fixed, and now they are sending messages cause the due date was in about 5 days from now though I haven't even used the funds!
