L had a recipe with two prescription medications. All l had to do is to scan my electronic health insurance card with this app. After the app obtained this two medications all l had to do was to pay. I ordered it on Friday morning and got it by DHL in my apartment on Saturday in the afternoon. You can also order non-prescription medications in this App.

The app was fine and easy to use. I ordered a medicine which they claimed would be delivered in 24 hours, but was delivered after 3 days and that too was dropped to my neighbor's apartment though I was at home desperately waiting to get my meds! Never had this type of experience before in other countries, where they usually deliver medicines within 2–4 hours. Not recommended if you need something urgently.

You can not log in with the credentials you created through the website. Or they don't let you log in through the website and application together. Funny in my opinion. I ordered, and I don't know from where they had my address. Without an overview of my order, it was finished. Now I can't change the delivery address.

For months, it's been impossible to order via the app. Every time I try I see the following error: "The payment could not be processed. Please try again, choose a different payment method or contact our customer service." I tried all payment methods. None of them works for me in the app. What is so difficult? Why do you have no monitoring and fix these bugs?

Delivery dates indicated are very different from reality. For my first order, the actual delivery date was many dates later than indicated on the app. My second order was made a few days ago, and it said the expected date would be today. When I checked the courrier tracking status, the order was received only yesterday and there is no plan yet when the medicine would be delivered. For this reason, I never use this app for my e-prescription as I need my medicine immediately.
