★★★★★ App is not loading properly, after sometimes you are logged out automatically. :-(

★★☆☆☆ The worst online banking services. I've been trying only to reset my online banking account password and just could not. I tried everything! The old ENBD application, tried the new ENBD X KSA application, tried even the internet website of the bank. Also called the toll-free 800 bank phone number, yet it couldn't allow me to reset my online banking password. Its completely horrible!!

★★☆☆☆ This is the worst bank in Saudi Arabia, and the customer service is very bad, and there is no security for customer accounts. A sum of money was stolen from my visa account, and the bank is blackmailing me to pay the amount. I am very regretful for joining this bank

★★☆☆☆ I am trying to log in to my account since the last month, and I am trying to rest my password and PIN through with no solution. I called the call center, and they said they can't do anything. Seriously, what is the problem with this bank?

★★☆☆☆ The Emirates NBD application needs significant improvement. Currently, it lacks functionality and feels very limited. I strongly recommend studying the applications of other banks like Al Ahli Bank, which offer a far more user-friendly and feature-rich experience
