Still upset it's not compatible with more phone and tablets. Really wish the next update would revert to putting the tip After the card is swiped. It's really awkward handing my clients my phone to see their total and them having to decide right then if or what to tip, and then hand it back for me to swipe. Then give it back again so they can sign.

Samsung Note 9 is not compatible with Free card reader. Account enrollment is a long process of approval after approval. After being approved they hold 1st transaction hostage until more information is given about company and customer. We canceled to retrieve our funds!

Not compatible with Moto z force I love this on my galaxy s5 but the phone was garbage, so I got a Moto z force and now the payment app is garbage. Reader is recognized but never secured the connection so couldn't swipe card. They should lower the fees for taking cards manually until they fix this problem. I had to run a card manually today, but once I get home I'll get my square reader and start using that again until EMS fixes the app or replaces the obsolete reader.

App does not work! When I try to charge card it says preparing swiper but never works. Then the app crashes every time I open it. Tried to reinstall but same thing happens every time!
