Contact our 24x7 Customer Support team to Report a station issue directly from the Mobile app with the ability to provide a description and pictures. We give you complete control and visibility to your charging activity!

•Cannot charge •Google Pay does not work. •Lists features that don't exist, probably because they are copying and pasting from their iOS feature list because they are too lazy to develop a proper Android app. •App description says it has intuitive UI. That is false. It does not. •Has a splash screen (it is 2022) -Minimum $20 balance (really?) •Exorbitant prices. 35¢ a kWh is absolutely indefensible when electricity costs 11¢, but 35¢ is clearly the default on the platform.

Why the hell do I need a different app for every single charging station? I guess this one was fine as far as these apps go, but seriously, why can't I just use my credit card, you all need to calm down
