dreadful app and system, connectivity is so slow and laboured, buffers for ages even on 4g and have to shut the app down and even log out to get the picture back, if I'd have known how poor this is I'd have installed a hikvision system

Dreadful. Takes so long to load. Cannot even register. Free app to work only an hour. Then cannot log back in. My property is surrounded by cameras and now I can't see nowt. Total waste of time. Any chance of getting a different update. As when I first started using it, it stated an update is required. So where is it. Totally depressed I can't check on my property.
