★★★★★ I was able to follow along. It was easy to use. And submitting the Photos was easy enough.

★★☆☆☆ Although the app attempts to make vehicle inspection easy, it lacks the option to import pictures already taken, which was vital to me because I had to get a mirror fixed on my car for safety reasons, and did not have the option to add a picture of it before I got it fixed. It was also difficult to add a second additional picture like it said you could. It also did not allow me to review the video of the car. I would have liked the video time to be longer due to the extent of the damage. I definitely would not recommend this app to anyone, I rather do it the old fashion way.

★★☆☆☆ Pretty lame app when you can't load photos already taken. This is NOT a good way to serve the customer that has paid big money for car insurance. It's all about serving the insurance company, not the customer.
