Dear team, I'm facing an issue while pairing my smart ring to the app. I've a Samsung zflip7 and the ring is an LA380 year 2024 and the app said that apparently the ring is paired but is buzzing every few seconds that is disconnected. Additionaly no data have downloaded from the ring to the app even after ours. The same ring is working perfectly on a zflip3. What is wrong? Could you please help and suggest a proper resolution?
